Ume plums from Minami Takaume, specially grown in Japan, are combined with naturally flavorful salt that has been carefully reduced in a flat pan and then pickled with Japanese-grown shiso leaves. The salt concentration ranges from approximately 16.5% to 18.5%. This is a salt-rich, additive-free product that does not include any chemical seasonings, sweeteners, colorants, or preservatives.

特別栽培された南高梅の梅を、平釜でじっくりと煮詰めた自然の風味豊かな塩と合わせ、国産のしそで漬け込んでいます。塩分濃度は約16.5%から18.5%。化学調味料、甘味料、着色料、保存料は一切使用していない、塩まろやかの無添加商品です。
