Now we do deliver to certain area in Manhattan with $10 delivery fee. Please see our pickup schedule for the details.
Our delivery truck goes around over 20 locations in NY/NJ once a month. You can find your closest/convenient the location & schedule to receive your order on our website here, then place an order and pickup. Enjoy your “WA-GOHAN” at your home!
You can place an order 7 days prior to your pickup date.
Changes/cancels to your order can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup date. Please contact us at info@thegrocerynewyork.com.
No fee for Local Pickup orders. $10 delivery fee for all Local Delivery orders.
We accept major credit cards.
You will need to provide your order number and name.
Please find another available pick-up location/time from our schedule and call us ASAP at 929.334.6230. Since meat products, vegetable etc. are perishable, it will need to be delivered on the same day. Unfortunately we cannot provide you a refund on this.
We do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a damaged, spilled, or otherwise unusable grocery item, please reach us out to request a refund or a replacement at info@thegrocerynewyork.com.
