Our delivery truck visits over 20 NY/NJ locations every month. Find the nearest or most convenient spot & its schedule on our site. Then, order and pick up to enjoy “WAGOHAN” at home.

We deliver to select areas in Manhattan for a $10 fee. Refer to our pickup schedule for specifics.

Orders must be placed at least 7 days before the intended pickup.

Order modifications or cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the pickup. Please reach out to info@thegrocerynewyork.com.

Local Pickup is free. However there is a $10 fee for Home Delivery.

We take most major credit cards, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Please have your Order Number and Name ready.

Please find another available pickup location/time from our schedule and call us ASAP at 212.495.9977 (Office) or 929.334.6230 (Driver). Due to the perishable nature of some products, same-day delivery is essential. Unfortunately, missed pickups are not refundable.

Unless defective, items can not be returned or exchanged.

For damaged or missing items, please contact us for a refund or replacement via info@thegrocerynewyork.com.
