Do you deliver/ship to my home?

Now we do deliver to certain area in Manhattan with $10 delivery fee. Please see our pickup schedule for the details.  

How does Neighborhood Pickup work?

Our delivery truck goes around over 20 locations in NY/NJ once a month. You can find your closest/convenient the location & schedule to receive your order on our website here, then place an order and pickup. Enjoy your “WA-GOHAN” at your home!

When is the last day to order (Order Deadline)?

You can place an order 7 days prior to your pickup date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes/cancels to your order can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup date. Please contact us at info@thegrocerynewyork.com.

Any delivery fees applied?

No fee for Local Pickup orders. $10 delivery fee for all Local Delivery orders. 

What payment methods are available when making an order?

We accept major credit cards.

What do I need to bring for pickup my order?

You will need to provide your order number and name.

What happens if I missed my scheduled pickup time window?

Please find another available pick-up location/time from our schedule and call us ASAP at 929.334.6230. Since meat products, vegetable etc. are perishable, it will need to be delivered on the same day. Unfortunately we cannot provide you a refund on this.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

What to do if my order is damaged or missing?

If you receive a damaged, spilled, or otherwise unusable grocery item, please reach us out to request a refund or a replacement at info@thegrocerynewyork.com.

I am interested in a Private Group Delivery. How can I request to set up a group?

Pull together 10+ of your closest neighbors and request by email at info@thegrocerynewyork.com.
