Featuring long-lasting umami from Hokkaido-sourced dashi kelp and natural shiitake mushroom powder, it guarantees a successful pickling experience, even for first-timers, with just the addition of 1 liter of water. For quicker fermentation, adding about half a cup of beer is an option.

古釘(ふるくぎ)の代わりに鉄粉を使用。天然塩と相まって、程よい塩味で野菜の味を引き立てます。北海道産のだし昆布と天然しいたけパウダーのうまみが長持ちし、初めての人でも水1リットルを加えるだけで漬けることができます。また、発酵を早めたい場合は、コップ半分程度のビールを加えてもよい。
