Created by the rice factory's top recommendation, this top-grade variety of Hokkaido rice YUMEPIRIKA was developed to rival Koshihikari over 11 years. It has a moderately soft texture and a sweet flavor that balances meat dishes. Its unique sweetness increases as it is chewed; encouraging the appetite. It has a gorgeous glossy sheen symbolized by the Ainu word for "beautiful," 'Pirika.'
