モツの語源は内臓を意味する「臓物」で、その中でも量的に多い小腸や大腸を指します。主にコリっとした弾力のある歯応えが、正肉とはまた違う味わいを楽しめます。焼肉カットにしていますが、モツ鍋にもご使用いただけます。脂身の量の好みに個人差があるため、下処理などを行っておりません。好みに応じて、湯煎などを行い脂肪分を調整ください。
The word "motsu" comes from the word "offal," meaning internal organs, and refers to the small and large intestines, which are the most voluminous of all.
