GYU-TAN Beef Tongue

Cow's tongue, or beef tongue, is segmented into three parts: the initial section, the mid-section, and the tip. The initial section is the most tender, while the mid-section provides a crunchier mouthfeel.

牛タンとは牛の舌のことで、タン元、タン中、タン先といった部位があります。タン元はもっとも柔らかく、タン中は歯ごたえと食感を味わうことができ、いずれの部位も、そのまま焼くだけの焼肉として美味しく召しあがっていただけます。
