Tanaka Yoshihide Shoten has been manufacturing high quality red bean paste using Tokachi azuki beans since its establishment in 1932 as a long-established specialty store and wholesaler of red bean paste in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
The only ingredients used are Tokachi azuki beans, sugar, and salt, with no other unnecessary ingredients. Therefore, the sweetness of the red bean paste is slightly subdued and elegant, and the taste of the azuki beans themselves can be felt.
