三河白だしは、「枕崎産一本釣本鰹」「北海道産真昆布」「国産干し椎茸」をだし素材に使用。厳選しただし素材に「足助仕込三河しろたまり」と「三州三河みりん」を合わせて風味豊かに仕上げたこだわりの品です。起源原料まですべて国産原料で仕上げています。
Nitto Jozo is a long-established brewing company based in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, that has been making white soy sauce since its establishment in the early Taisho era.
Mikawa Shiro Dashi is made from "Makurazaki-grown bonito," "Hokkaido kelp," and "domestic dried shiitake mushrooms" as dashi ingredients. The carefully selected dashi ingredients are combined with "Asuke Shiro-tamari" and "Sanshu Mikawa Mirin" to create a richly flavored product. All the ingredients, even the origin, are made from domestic ingredients.
